The drying oven is used for drying and dry heat sterilization of materials, while the incubator is designed for cultivating microorganisms and biological samples. Both devices share similar structures and functions. The drying oven operates within a temperature range of 50 to 250°C, using blast-type electric heating to speed up the warming process. The incubator, on the other hand, typically operates at a maximum of 60°C.

To use the equipment, insert the thermometer into the center of the top venting regulator. Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet. Adjust the heating wire groups to position 1 or 2, depending on the desired temperature. Once activated, the blower can be turned on to promote air circulation. When the heating wires are switched on, the red indicator light will illuminate.

Monitor the thermometer closely. When the temperature approaches the target, adjust the automatic temperature control knob so that the green light turns on. After ten minutes, observe both the thermometer and the indicator lights. If the temperature exceeds the required level and the red light remains on, slightly turn the knob counterclockwise to lower the temperature. The indicator lights should alternate between red and green as the system stabilizes.

The automatic thermostat knob is located on the upper left side of the front panel. It is not a precise temperature indicator but serves as a reference for adjustment purposes only.

During constant temperature operations, you may choose to activate only one set of heating wires if full power is not needed. The more heating groups activated, the faster the temperature rises.

After some time of operation, open the top venting regulator to release moisture or activate the blower for enhanced ventilation.

After finishing the process, switch off the heating wire group and return the automatic thermostat knob to the zero position by turning it counterclockwise. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
