Remarks: Two partitions are standard. If the drying box needs a more uniform temperature, it can be made with three-side heating.

The drying oven is used for drying and dry heat sterilization of articles, while the incubator is used for cultivating microorganisms and biological materials. Both have similar structures and uses. The drying oven operates between 50°C and 250°C, using blast-type electric heating to speed up the temperature rise. The maximum operating temperature of the incubator is 60°C.

Insert the thermometer into the seat (in the middle of the top bleed regulator).

Plug the power cord into an outlet.

Turn the heating wire group to position 1 or 2 (depending on the desired temperature). At this point, you can turn on the blower to promote hot air convection. When the heating wire group is turned on, the red indicator light will illuminate.

Pay attention to the thermometer. When the temperature is approaching the required level, adjust the automatic temperature control knob so that the green indicator light just turns on. After ten minutes, observe the thermometer and the indicator light. If the temperature exceeds the requirement and the red light remains on, slightly rotate the automatic temperature control knob counterclockwise to bring the temperature back to the desired level. The indicator light will switch between red and green.

The automatic thermostat knob is located on the upper left side of the front panel. Its scale plate is not a standard temperature indicator but is only used as a reference for adjustment.

During the constant temperature process, if three sets of heating wires are not needed simultaneously, you can turn on just one set. The more sets you open, the faster the temperature rises.

After working for a while, you can open the top center venting regulator to release moisture or turn on the blower.

After use, turn off the heating wire group switch and turn the automatic thermostat knob to the zero position by turning it counterclockwise.

Unplug the power cord.
