Concrete Elastic Modulus Tester
The Concrete Elastic Modulus Measuring Instrument is a newly developed product by our company, primarily used to determine the static compressive elastic modulus of concrete prism or cylinder specimens. This device ensures accurate and reliable results, making it an essential tool for quality control in construction projects.

Instructions:
1. Adjust the distance between the two cutting edges based on the size of the test piece.
If the test piece size is 100×100, first tighten the nut (13), then connect the right connector (12) with two 25mm long positioning sleeves (14). Change the position by connecting the connecting plate inside the two sleeves, then tighten the nut.
If the test piece size is 125×125, loosen the fastening nut, place the right connector on the two 25mm positioning sleeves, align them in the middle, and tighten the retaining nut.
If the test piece size is 150×150, place the right connector on the outer edge of the two 25mm positioning sleeves as shown in the structural diagram.
2. Install the left and right rulers (2) and (7) on the left and right bases (17) and (19), and tighten the set screws to fix the scale.
3. Adjust the upper knife edge so that the spacing between the upper and lower knife edges (6) and (11) matches the required distance, then tighten the screws (5).
4. Mount the two measuring tables (1) and (8) on the left and right bases respectively, and adjust their positions accordingly.
5. Hold the left and right connecting plates (16) and (12) with both hands and apply even pressure. If the spring clamping force is insufficient, turn the adjusting nut (21) to increase the spring pressure.
6. When measuring compression deformation, after clamping the test piece, rotate the fixing screw (9) down to the bottom of the lower knife edge, approximately 7mm. After testing, reset the position to ensure the bottom of the lower blade is horizontal.
When measuring tensile deformation, do not rotate the positioning screw down; keep the bottom surface of the lower blade level.
7. To enhance the clamping force of the upper knife edge, you can also use the hand wheel (4) for adjustment.
8. The compression amount within the gauge length range is calculated by taking the average of the two table readings.
