Silego Technologies has launched a new family of GreenPAK (GPAK) programmable mixed-signal Matrix devices in Santa Clara, California. These advanced ICs integrate analog components, digital logic, programmable interconnects, flexible I/O, oscillators, and non-volatile memory (NVM), making them perfect for use in portable and wearable electronics.

The NVM Programmable Mixed-Signal Matrix Device from Silego, known as the GPAK Series, is designed to replace multiple discrete and passive components with a single, compact device. The SLG46110V is a standout member of the GPAK family, offering high versatility in a tiny 1.6x1.6x0.55mm 8-GPIO TQFN package. This level of miniaturization helps reduce power consumption, save board space, and simplify wiring—key advantages for modern design engineers.

At just $0.12 per unit, the SLG46110V represents a highly competitive option, especially when compared to earlier versions of the GPAK series that have been on the market for over four years. It's not only cost-effective but also delivers superior performance in terms of size and efficiency.

Like other GPAK devices, the SLG46110V can be easily developed using Silego’s user-friendly development hardware and intuitive GUI-based design software. This allows engineers to quickly bring new designs to life or adapt existing ones with minimal effort.
