During class, Teacher Yuchen starts with the sea, teaching the children about the largest sea in the world and how oceans are divided into different regions. The kids are fascinated by these new concepts, which are completely unfamiliar to them. Then, he invites students to come up to the blackboard and draw based on specific prompts. One student might draw an endless ocean, another is asked to think about what marine life exists in the sea, while the third is encouraged to imagine and create futuristic sea creatures. Yuchen, who has studied psychology, understands how to design activities that enhance critical thinking and inspire enthusiasm among the children.

"Although we may not be able to change the lives of these children forever, we can at least walk alongside them for a while, listen to their stories, share moments of joy, and play games with them," Yuchen shared. "These experiences offer unique emotional connections. Even if many of them may never leave the mountains in their lifetime, we must keep striving to make small changes. As Hu Shi once said, 'For fear of truth, there is infinite joy. One inch of truth brings one inch of happiness.'"
He continued, "Every act of public welfare is a reward in itself. It’s seeing the innocent smiles on the children’s faces.
