Li Bo: Under the conditions of a market economy, in the economic field, the government's functions are mainly supervision and guidance. Considering the environmental costs, it is necessary for the government to provide subsidies to the LED lighting industry, but if it is only subsidizing certain enterprises, then It is unfair than other companies and is not conducive to the development of industry competition and the long-term development of the entire industry. Reporter: The Pearl River Delta is the region with the highest concentration of LED lighting industry in China. However, the general view is that the LED lighting enterprises in the Pearl River Delta are not high in technical content, but mainly win by price advantage. What do you think?
Li Bo: At present, although the mainland has some companies involved in the field of LED chips and LED packaging, it still lags behind Taiwan in terms of technology and cost. Li Bo: The problem of LED light fading is mainly due to the packaging process. With the further improvement of LED lighting product technology and the gradual reduction of cost, LED lighting products will completely eliminate traditional incandescent lamps and energy-saving lamps, so the future market potential of LED lighting industry is extremely huge. Li Bo: The impact is limited. The global LED lighting market is 90% dependent on China. Compared with us, Korean products have no advantage in technology or price.

Li Bo: We are building a new production line. The orders we have placed are already in March next year. The existing production capacity is far from meeting our order requirements. According to our current plan, after our new equipment is put into production. The production capacity will be five times that of the current one. It is estimated that the sales for the whole year will reach 500 million next year, of which 70% will be sold in the domestic market.
