Dealers are more enthusiastic about the home improvement market
The Guangdong provincial government is pushing LED lights, which may be very attractive to LED companies. But for our dealers, government projects or government subsidies have little to do with us.
Doing government projects depends on relationships. We don't have connections in this area, but we have channels to build design institutes. Sometimes the design institute will pick up the government project and will also get us the goods. Since the beginning of this year, orders for small projects have increased, but major projects have decreased. Many government projects are also updating products and tinkering. A small amount can't make much money.
Therefore, we do not expect government projects. However, this year, LED companies have reduced the number of salesmen who sell products on the door. It is estimated that their focus will be on foreign markets or engineering projects. The Guangdong government is pushing the LED transformation, which may be a good thing for LED companies. The competition for government projects will also be heated in the second half of the year.
Our dealers are more enthusiastic about the home improvement market. Since the beginning of this year, the demand for LED home improvement products has increased. Many elderly people came to buy lights this year and chose LED lights. What's more interesting is that many consumers use LED lights as a trend, and not changing can't keep up with the times. So I think this year will be the first year of LED civilian use.
