The Yalongjiang Ertan and Tongzilin Hydropower Stations are self-funded by the Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the tenderer, the contractor, or the owner), and the tenderers are currently lifting equipment for the Yalongjiang Ertan and Tongzilin Hydropower Stations. Maintenance and repairs are conducted through domestic public tendering, and companies that are willing to contract this project and meet the qualifications are invited to bid.
1. Project Overview
(1) Ertan Hydropower Station
Lifting equipment includes 2 main plant bridge cranes, 1 medium-pitch bridge crane, 2 rear warehouse lifting bridge machines, 1 tail water surge chamber bridge machine, 1 plunge pool deep well pump room bridge machine, 1 GIS Building single girder bridge machine, 1 dam top bidirectional door machine, 1 inlet bidirectional door machine, 1 tail water trolley type hoist, 2 tail water tunnel exit fixed hoists, 2 flood tunnels fixed type 16 electric hoists in the hoist and other rooms.
(2) Tongzilin Hydropower Station
The Tongzilin Hydropower Station lifting equipment mainly includes the inlet bidirectional gate hoist, the tailwater bidirectional gate hoist, the floodgate single-direction gate hoist, the installation 80t double girder bridge crane, and the installation 400t+400t Two-beam bridge cranes, single girder bridge cranes for GIS buildings, one-beam bridge cranes for temperature-controlled warehouses, and five electric hoists for other rooms.

3. Tenderee and owner
The bidder is Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.; Ertan Power Plant is the owner's site management organization, and the two stations of the first plant and the second site are responsible for the on-site management of the operation of Ertan Hydropower Station and Tongzilin Hydropower Station.

4. Source of funding
The project construction fund is self-raised by the bidder company and has been implemented. The currency of payment under this contract is RMB.
5. Bidding content, scope and duration
The tendering project is divided into two packages. The owner and the winning bidder respectively sign the contract.
Package C1: Overhauling and Maintenance of Lifting Equipment at Ertan Hydropower Station (Contract No.: ETDC-201632)
C2 Package: Overhauling and Maintenance of Tongzilin Hydropower Station Lifting Equipment (Contract No.: TZLDC-201613)
(1) Bidding content and scope of Ertan Hydropower Station:
The contents of this tender are regular inspection, emergency elimination and regular maintenance of the lifting equipment of Ertan Hydropower Station; ensure that all equipment is in good operation; equipment related data collection, collation and preparation; and other work related to lifting equipment . The scope of work mainly includes (but is not limited to):
1) Regular inspections, defects elimination and equipment maintenance: All-station bridge gantry cranes, fixed hoists, trolley hoists, and electric hoists.
2) The number of major equipment: 8 bridge cranes, 2 gantry cranes, 1 trolley hoist, 4 stationary hoists, and 16 electric hoists.
(2) Bidding content and scope of Tongzilin Hydropower Station:
The content of this tender is the maintenance and repair of the lifting equipment of the Tongzilin Hydropower Station. The main tasks include regular inspections of lifting equipment, regular maintenance, and equipment deficiencies. Ensure that all equipment is in good operation; equipment-related data collection, collation and preparation; and other work related to lifting equipment. The scope of work mainly includes (but is not limited to):
1) Main inspection, defect elimination and maintenance equipment: Tongzilin Hydropower Station gate hoist (including hydraulic grab beam, balance beam, cleansing grab), bridge crane, electric hoist.
2) The number of major equipment: 3 gantry cranes, 4 bridge cranes and 5 electric hoists.
(3) Duration
The contract period starts from January 1, 2017 and ends on December 31, 2017. At the end of the contract, the implementation of the contract in the current year will be evaluated. After the assessment, the contract for the next year can be renewed and the number of renewal will not exceed four times. If the assessment fails, the contract will not be renewed.
6. Requirements for bidders
Eligibility requirements (the following conditions must be met simultaneously)
(1) The bidder must be an enterprise registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with an independent corporate legal person qualification (provide a copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person).
(2) The Bidder must possess the "License of the People's Republic of China for the Installation, Modification, and Maintenance of Special Equipment" issued by the Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (of which the crane and gantry cranes are to be Class A (copying is provided). Pieces).
(3) The bidder shall bear the performance of production or installation or maintenance of the lifting equipment of the hydropower station within the past 5 years (provide supporting materials).
(4) The bidder must be a general VAT payer (the bidder must provide the VAT general taxpayer qualification certificate in the bidding documents).
(5) The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Commonwealth.
7. Tender arrangement
This set of bidding documents is a set of volumes, which is scheduled to be held from November 16 to November 22, 2016 (excluding holidays) from 9:00 to 11:30, and from 14:00 to 16:30 in Beijing time. Available for sale. Each set of bidding documents will be charged with a cost of RMB and the capital will be written in RMB Wu Yuan Yuan (Â¥500.00), which will not be refunded after sale.
