Standard Comparison and Trend Analysis of LED Lamps for Road Lighting

1 Introduction

As a high-tech industry in the 21st century, semiconductor lighting technology is developing rapidly, with a wide range of applications, strong industrial driving, and great potential for energy conservation. It meets the requirements of low carbon and ecological economy and the development trend of contemporary strategic emerging industries. Strong government support. In particular, the European and American markets have gradually begun to restrict the use of traditional incandescent lamps, which has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the LED lighting industry. At the same time, the construction speed of various standards corresponding to the LED industry has also accelerated significantly. In recent years, China has attached great importance to the revision and revision of LED lighting standards from the country, industry to the locality. It has established, issued and published a number of national, industry and local standards, which greatly promoted the standardization of the industry. However, compared with traditional industries, high-tech industries are the frontier areas of technology, the standard system is still not mature and complete, and the standard gap is large. The rapid development of key technologies makes it difficult for some standard drafting units to achieve effective pre-research and sufficient It is difficult to verify the standard revision and revision work. The third-party standardized public service platform has not been established and the problem has not been completely solved.

This paper analyzes some representative countries, industries and places released in China from 2008 to 2010 from the perspectives of technical requirements (including: luminous flux maintenance rate and lifetime, initial light efficiency, color rendering) and test methods (light decay test methods). The LED lighting standard for road lighting reveals the problems existing in the LED lighting standards for road lighting in China, and analyzes the development trend of LED lighting standards for road lighting in China, in order to standardize the LED lighting standards for road lighting in China and even standardize the LED lighting industry. Development provides a certain reference.

2 Status of LED lighting standards for road lighting

Compared with other LED lighting standards, the LED lighting standards for road lighting are released late and the standard system is not perfect. Representative national and local standards that have been formulated and released include: DB35/T 813—2008 local standard for LED lamps for road lighting in Fujian, DB44/T 609-2009 Guangdong LED street lamp local standard, DB42/T 566—2009 Hubei LED road lighting Local standards for lamps, DBl4/T 545-2009 Shanxi road lighting LED lights local standards, CNS 15233-2010 Taiwan LED street lighting standards, GB/T24907-2010 road lighting LED Lamp performance requirements; regulatory documents including: semiconductor Technical requirements for lighting products, Shenzhen LED road lighting product technical specifications and energy efficiency guidelines, LB/T 002-2010 semiconductor lighting pilot demonstration project LED road lighting product technical specifications.

The above standard release and implementation time are shown in Table 1.

3 Standard comparison of LED lamps for road lighting

In the current standard for LED lighting for road lighting, the technical requirements and test methods are the core of each standard, and the luminous flux maintenance rate and lifetime, initial luminous efficacy, color rendering, and light decay in the test method are required in the technical requirements. Test methods are important indicators that affect the performance and quality of LED lighting for road lighting. The four types of indicators will be compared on a case-by-case basis.

3.1 Luminous flux maintenance rate and life

The luminous flux maintenance rate refers to the ratio of the luminous flux emitted by the LED lighting product under specified conditions to the initial luminous flux when the internal combustion point reaches a certain time during the lifetime, expressed as a percentage.
