Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd. was commissioned by Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd. to conduct domestic public bidding for the five lighthouse projects of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd. Eligible bidders are invited to participate in the bidding.
1. Source of funds: self-raised
2. Bidding scope, construction period and construction site:
Bidding scope: five lighthouse projects of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., including
(1) Purchase, installation and commissioning of 5 30-meter high pole lights (including automatic lifting system and light pole anchor bolts, base storage pole net, anti-collision wall, lighting fixtures and light source).
(2) Procurement, laying, cable head production, installation and commissioning of 5 high pole lamp power cables.
(3) Procurement, installation and commissioning of a main control box and five high pole lights outdoor control boxes.
For details, please refer to the technical specifications period: 60 days after the contract is signed.
Construction site: Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd. Huangpu Port Branch, the new yard.
3. Bidding qualifications and registration conditions:
(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity registered in the People's Republic of China.
(2) The bidder shall have the “Installation (Repair) Power Facilities License†issued by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the annual review shall be valid.
(3) The bidder must have the qualification of three or more levels (including three levels) for mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering.
(4) The bidder shall bear the supply and installation of the port high pole lights.
(5) The bidder has not been disqualified from the relevant government departments or owners due to bid violations and is still in the penalty period.
(6) The bidder was not ordered to suspend business for any reason, and no property was taken over, frozen or bankrupt.
(7) The bidder must purchase the bidding documents from the bidding agency and register for the record. The potential bidders who have not purchased the bidding documents from the bidding agency and registered for the record are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
(8) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
4. The price of the bidding documents: RMB 500 yuan, and the tenders will not be returned after they are sold.
5. Time for purchase of bidding documents: from April 27, 2009 to May 4, 2009, every day from 9:00 to 11:00 am, and from 14:00 to 16:00 pm (excluding Beijing time, Saturdays and Sundays, and legal holidays) ).
6. Place of purchase of bidding documents: 1104, Guoxin Building, No. 363, Dongfeng Middle Road, Guangzhou. (When purchasing the bidding documents, the purchaser shall provide personal ID card and photocopy, enterprise qualification certificate, port high pole lamp project performance certificate (contract or completion acceptance report), unit introduction letter and business license copy, copy of the above information Must be stamped with official seal).
7. Site survey: The bidder conducts on-site reconnaissance.
8. Deadline for bid submission and time for bid opening: 9:30 am (Beijing time) on May 19, 2009.
At that time, representatives who participated in the bidding will attend the opening ceremony.

10. Submission of bid documents: The bid documents must be sealed and submitted to the bid opening location before the deadline for bid submission (on the day of bid opening). Late delivery or non-compliant bid documents will not be accepted.
