1 Overview

The ARDP intelligent water pump controller is suitable for low-voltage systems and is a new generation intelligent integrated device for protection, monitoring and control of feeder terminals of low-voltage motors. This product integrates measurement, protection, control, and bus communication. It replaces various protection relays, power meters, switches, buttons, and signal indicators that are configured with separate components. It integrates a variety of control methods into one. At the same time, it also provides records of important management information such as the number of operations, running time, and tripping events. The bus communication function can exchange data with servers or workstations on the network. It is an ideal choice for factory automation and building intelligence.

2 smart water pump controller

AC sampling measurements are used to measure the changing voltage/current values. All data for each phase is sampled at a rate of 3.2 KHz, integrated over the period, and the root mean square value is calculated. Integrated with various types of protection and control functions, it can be widely used in deep well pumps, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, sewage pumps, pipeline pumps, booster pumps, and multi-stage pumps.

6 Two pumps direct start wiring diagram

1, the water level signal can choose 1 (float ball) water level switch, 2 water level switch, 3 water level switch, water level transmitter, for the small size of the pool, start and stop the liquid level difference can choose 2 water level switch, access to high water level and Low water level input terminals (signal requirements: closed signal at high water level and low water level).

2, when the water level signal is selected as 1 (float ball) water level switch, when the water supply application mainly detects high water level signal (ie, high water level is closed), the low water level can be closed and connected to the low water level input terminal. When both lights are on, it means that the float The ball sensor is damaged. When the drainage application mainly detects the low water level signal (that is, the low water level is closed), the high water level can be closed and connected to the high water level input terminal. When both lights are on, the float sensor is damaged.

3. When dry-reed level switches are used, three normally-opened reed switches are used to connect high-, mid-, and low-level terminals respectively. When two pumps discharge water automatically, one pump automatically starts when the controller detects the middle water level. When a high water level signal is detected, the second water pump starts automatically. When a low water level is detected, both pumps stop. The control logic is reversed for water supply applications.

4. When the pressure control is used in water supply applications, the float low water level close signal is connected to the low water level terminal for the pool empty detection.

5. The default level transmitter is two-wire (+15V output and 4-20mA input). If it is other signals, special instructions are required when ordering. Two pumps are in automatic mode. One pump controls the height and one pump starts. When the two controls the height, the two pumps start at the same time.

7 level drainage application example

Starting conditions: When a pump is used, the liquid level is higher than the high water level. Two pumps, drainage pump mode (one main two, two main and one standby, two pumps running) and the water level signal is 3 water level switch. When the liquid level is higher than the neutral water level, a water pump starts and the liquid level is higher than the high water level. At the point, the second pump starts.

Shutdown conditions: The liquid level is lower than the low water level.

Note: When draining the two pumps, two levels of liquid level signals are used to control the two pumps independently.
